Lenovo will starting pre-orders for its smart TVs based on Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) in China. The Andriod smart TV is also packing an undisclosed 1.5GHz dual-core CPU, WiFi, a gaming remote control, and three of the models feature flicker-free 3D capability.

Toshiba has announced the latest member of Toshiba Regza family of HDTVs, the REGZA 32BC3, in Japan. The REGZA 32BC3 features a 32-inch 1,366×768 IPS panel with a 1100:1 contrast ratio, a digital TV tuner and USB recording. The TV also comes with a new Power Saving button on its remote, which is capable to reduce the TV’s brightness up to 75% without image quality loss or any other kind of image degradation.
